Please note that on the territory of our properties, we have a strict policy related to the rules for ensuring the necessary conditions for peace and complete relaxation, as well as the regulation for a good and responsible guest/tenant/owner. Compliance with these rules will ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all guests.
– Only persons with an identity document are accommodated;
– Outsiders are not allowed without registration as guests in the property;
– Compliance with the generally accepted order for rest and relaxation – loud noise and music are not tolerated and are completely prohibited in the interval from 15:00-18:00, as well as in the interval from 23:00-08:00;
– Compliance with the rules of hygiene and exemplary home. The rooms must be kept clean and the inventory must be used for its intended purpose.
– The maximum accommodation capacities in each room are based on fire safety measures, the comfort of our guests and are not subject to change.
– It is prohibited to hold social or public events on the property (including, but not limited to: bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays and name days, baptisms, funerals and any similar social events), without explicit prior agreement and confirmation by THE SEALODGE of the conditions for their holding.
– Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to be left without the presence of a parent/guardian or companion on the property;
– It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive substances and large objects.
– Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
– In case of damage to the inventory, guests are subject to a financial fee.
– A registration card is filled out upon arrival.
– Early check-in or late check-out are agreed in advance and are charged additionally.
– Forgotten items are kept for up to 1 month, with courier costs being at the expense of their owner.
– In the yard or in the common areas of the property, dogs must be in your hands or on a leash, and are not allowed to roam freely. Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or bodily injury caused by their pet to the hotel or other guests, and agree to compensate them in full.
– Throwing objects over the terraces is prohibited.
– Throwing objects into the pools is prohibited.
– It is prohibited to bring bulky objects, bicycles or mopeds, motorcycles into the properties outside the designated areas.
– The use of emergency exits or plans should be carried out only when necessary, and in all other cases their use is prohibited.
– It is prohibited to remove furniture and property owned by The SEALODGE. THE SEALODGE reserves the right to charge guests for the costs of removing damage to the property caused by intentional, negligent or careless actions. If such damage is recorded, guests will be notified and asked to pay the cost of their purchase.
– It is not allowed to move furniture and property in the rooms and common areas of the property.
– Store your money and valuables responsibly. THE SEALODGE is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are not stored responsibly.
– Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved.
As can be seen from the rules described above, holding social or public events on the property (including, but not limited to: stag and hen parties) is prohibited.
The vacation properties in our portfolio are oriented towards family, relatives or groups of friends who seek privacy, peace and quiet on the property, whose guests they are.
Bad faith and disregard of the rules described above, as well as any attempts to circumvent them, will not be tolerated and THE SEALODGE reserves the right to seek responsibility from any guest who has done so.
