Sea Lodge makes every possible effort to protect your personal data, on the condition that the personal data you have provided are true and accurate. Also, this Policy outlines ostensive those security measures taken by Sea Lodge in order to protect data confidentiality and provides certain guarantees for which actions the company will not do.

Your personal information (personal data) is used exclusively by Sea Lodge and its employees in order to respond to your requests and better serve you, in accordance with this policy. The representatives and service providers of Sea Lodge are required to keep your personal information private and not to use them for any purpose other than those serving the provision of specific services to us. In case that any individual customer/user accepts this Policy, Sea Lodge may transmit your data (such as your name or e-mail only) to its dedicated partners, sponsors and strategic partners in order to provide you better and more complete services before and during your stay in the hotel, and after provision services for promotional and communication purposes. Sea Lodge will share customers/user’s personal data on condition that they have accepted this Policy.
What type of data does Sea Lodge collect?
Any information within the meaning of personal data under the Personal Data Protection Regulation, the collection of which is not based on the law or the conclusion or execution of a contract, is collected by Sea Lodge only in the event that you choose to expressly consent. Transaction Data: TRN (VAT no), type, place, time of products or services provided.

In case that customers provide such data to Sea Lodge, these data will be deleted as soon as Sea Lodge is made aware of them. Submission of CVs
Sea Lodge collects CV data directly from interested individuals to assess suitability for cooperation. By submitting a CV, you consent to the processing of these data by Sea Lodge. If consent is obtained, CV data shall be stored by Sea Lodge for a period of 24 months. If no such consent is obtained, the data shall be destroyed within 1 month from the coverage of the position.
Disclosure of information
